Because each screen is uniquely made for you, all sales are final. Please confirm your measurements and specifications before placing your order — and reach out if you'd like a second pair of eyes on the spec.
Manufacturing defects
If your screen arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Wall Protection, Mats & Accessories
Refunds on Wall Protection, Mats, and Accessories are subject to a 3% payment gateway fee. This fee is charged by our payment processor at the time of sale and is non-recoverable, so it is deducted from any refund — even if your order has not yet shipped.
